The Accomplice Shiraz 2009
This wine is made from fruit from the Riverina area. It gives a spicy plum fruit flavour, integrated with oak finishing with soft tannins.

Sero Syrah Tempranillo 2006
A great mix of old and new world. Some of the vines are cane cut to partially raisin the fruit before picking. This gives a richness of flavour as well as a savouriness which is dry and quite interesting. Appx. 30% tempranillo.

Sero Chardonnay Pinot Grigio 2006
Distinctive herbal and melon like flavours from Chardonnay fruit complemented by the honey and hay characters of the Pinot Grigio. Unwooded with a creamy mid pallet softness resulting from extended lees contact. Appx. 25% Pinot Grigio.

Windy Peak Viognier 2007
Subtle aromas of apricot musk and spice lead to spicy fruit flavours and an elegant freshness. Slightly oaked in old French casks to develop texture and complexity while retaining freshness and aroma.

Vat 1 Petite Sirah 2006
Aromas of spicy blackberries with black cherry fruit, and toasted cedar oak on the nose. Rich, abundance of blackberry, cherry and spice. Toasted cedar oak with subtle vanillin overtones and firm integrated tannins allows this wine to be full bodied with a good mouthfeel and a lingering palate.

Emeri Pink Moscato NV
The juice for this wine is picked and gently pressed and allowed to settle naturally before being filtered. The wine is then cold fermented to retain its fresh fruit characters. It has a pale translucent pink appearance and a bouquet of strawberry and musk. It is velvety with a persistant bubbly fresh finish.

Emeri Sparkling Shiraz NV
The fermentation for this wine is mostly in tank with a small percentage of bottle fermented added to increase the complexity. On the palate it gives fresh berry flavours, silky tannins, with a bubbly dry finish.
